In this episode, I interview MIKE HENEBERY Investment Expert and Entrepreneur  -Acquired over 50 companies in private transactions.  -Key member of Gresham PE team - led the spin-out from Zurich Financial Services and raised £600m from c.20 LPs (largely insurance companies and pension funds) between 2003 and 2006.  -Led 15 separate deals between 2000 and 2007 investing £200m and returning over £450m to investors. -Has previously founded/co-founded two start-ups:  -Was the founder and promoter of Palio Capital 2010-2013, raising c.£100m for a new Private Credit fund (London and Guernsey) that narrowly missed an IPO in 2012 and subsequently became a Europe division’s largest credit hedge fund. – A co-founder and c.20% shareholder of <a href="http://fabify.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Fabify.com</a>, a platform for apparel brands to ethically exit fashion overstock to cost-conscious consumers.  Forecast revenues are c.£30m in 2021, and an IPO is planned for 2022/23.  Fabify acquires new consumers for less than €10; every consumer repeat purchases 7x in the first 12 months, so >80% of forecast revenues are repeat purchases.  Most of the operations (warehousing and order fulfillment are outsourced).
