Mental Health Awareness Day: issue still stigmatised in Africa

In tonight's edition: Africa faces several challenges in offering support to those suffering from mental health disorders on the continent. However many countries are starting to invest more in the issue. General Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno is  sworn in as president of Chad's second transitional government.  And our reporters meet those who fell, and those who survived Burkina Faso's Gaskinde attack which killed at least 37 people including 27 soldiers.
