Mathunjwa remains president, says AMCU

The Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union (AMCU) says they have submitted papers to appeal a Labour Court judgment on Thursday. AMCU’s Krister J van Rensburg says the judge did not understand the AMCU constitution.
