<p>This book, while well-written and entertaining, typifies a problem with the personal development sphere - a lack of rigorous empiricism. Mark Manson's self-help manifesto was a meteoric mainstream success, but I’ve got some fair criticism to level at it.</p><p>All too often authors are mere theorists, not actual practitioners.
