Mark Fogel, CEO and President of Acres Capital and Exantas Capital Corp came on Ask a CEO Podcast to talk about how when he was fresh out of college, his father was taking him over to get his first ever job, and he told him to never get comfortable in any place and to keep testing his boundaries. He feels that it might have been a reflection of his own regrets of staying in a job for thirty years but also was great advice in the avenue of growth and diversifying one’s skill set.
