After being such a major part of the first film, the character was barely used in this sequel, and we all know why. With <a href="https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000417/" target="_blank"><strong>Crispin Glover</strong></a> deciding not to participate in the sequels, producers turned to fairly unknown actor named <a href="https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0919297/" target="_blank"><strong>Jeffrey Weissman</strong></a> to fill the penny loafers of Marty McFly's dad in the few scenes he was in.
