Management Research: Organisational Capabilities - Dynamic Managerial Capabilities

<p>Hello dear friends and colleagues</p> <p>Today, we discuss a very interesting sub-concept of dynamic capabilities - Dynamic Managerial Capabilities. In 2003 Adner and Helfat proposed this notion in order to emphasise the role of an individual manager as dynamic capabilities discussion seemed to lack this aspect. They presented their vision on the micro-foundations of the proposed concept. In this episode, I elaborate on their idea.
