Once I received an invitation to hold a speech on #warinukraine, where they asked me to explain how #refugees feel when they have to #flee from #war in #Ukraine. I decided to talk about how people feel from the point of view of #Herzberg 's #theoryofmotivation. We can look at the war in Ukraine in two phases: Hygiene #shock and, later, Hygiene #crisis.
