Macron, Von der Leyen to visit China

Finland officially joins NATO as the organization's 31st member. Former U.S. President Donald Trump arrives in New York for his arraignment. French President Emmanuel Macron and European Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen will begin a three-day visit to China.
