LRAD and Body Camera at Troy's Public Safety Meeting

Troy's City Council held its first public safety meeting for this council. A couple of Troy residents sent a letter to the public safety committee before the meeting. This letter was used as a backbone of the discussion on body cameras and LRADs with police chief Dan DeWolf. Elizabeth Press interviews Angela Beallor.
