Loving Me in 2023. Letting Go of The Old and Welcoming in The New

<p>Happy New is a common saying at the beginning of the year. Does that mean we forget about last year? No. It just meant that we get to choose what we bring into the new year. Loving me in 2023 is something I hope all of us want to do. For some it's hard, but it is possible.
