I’m speaking of Afternoon Avenue, which was a sort of precursor to Mickey’s Toontown, featuring characters that were particularly popular to kids at the time. Characters like Scrooge McDuck, Gruffi Gummi, Gadget, Baloo and so many more were all featured in this temporary land. Joining me to discuss is Modern Mouse Josh who actually got to experience Afternoon Avenue when he was a kid visiting Disneyland.
