Local Postmaster Believes Gov Payment Of €1,000 Could Keep Post Offices Open

A North Clare postmaster says a potential Government subvention for the post office network could allay fears of potential widespread closures across the country. Speaking with Clare FM's Josh Prenderville, Ennistymon postmaster and local Fianna Fail Councillor Shane Talty believes there's still a public desire to maintain a strong post office network.
