Lobi Stars chairman, Iorfa withdraws lawsuit against former staff

<p>Lobi Stars Chairman, Mr Dominic Iorfa has withdrawn a court case instituted against one Mr. Paul Tion for character assassination and defamation.</p>, <p>Iorfa told the court of his intention to withdraw from it despite the huge insult metted on his person by Mr Tion, citing forgiveness and compassion.</p>, <p>The judge at the upper area court 1 in Markurdi A. N. Gwar, in his ruling, frowned at Mr Tion over what he described as a conduct unacceptable and demanded a disclaimer from the defamatory publications.</p>, <p>Gwar enlightened Mr Tion about the employer and employee relationship.</p>, <p>Mr Paul Tion admitted before the judge his consistent attack on Mr Iorfa despite his promise to desist from such defamatory publications and promised not to do so anymore.</p>
