Living my best life with Andrea Splendori

<p>My wonderful guest in Episode 34 is Andrea Splendori who left Rome at the age of 23 and is now part of the landscape of Greystones with his wife and two kids. A morning swimmer, jogger and well known member of their community, he is also well known in the online community of mental health advocates and podcast lovers.</p> <p>Andrea has a lot of notches to his talented belt in that he works as a career &amp; corporate wellbeing coach, broadcaster on radio, host of two podcasts, head of partnerships with <a href="https://www.alustforlife.com/">A Lust for Lif</a>e in which he has been a friend to for many years doing a mindful run from Greystones to Galway last year and raising over 40K. This year he is doing a run along the royal canal to raise awareness and funds to help the ongoing work of ALFL in their schools programme for young children and teens.&nbsp;</p> <p>He is also a tutor for Kingstown College and is passionate about creating a space for everyone to share and grow.&nbsp;</p> <p>You can find Andrea on social media bashing out a cover of one of his favourite musicians or dabbling in oil paints to create a 'Splendori' masterpiece.
