<p>In this episode, we interviewed transformational coach and writer, Thomas Edwards. Thomas talks about his history first as a wingman coach, which he did to help people figure out if they wanted to be in a relationship, and then help people get into a relationship. Thomas goes into how to reprogram the fear settings in our brain to ultimately reach success and shares a great quote that summarizes this: “to have what you’ve never had before, you have to do something you’ve never done before”. Later in the interview Thomas gives us a great perspective on playing video games that some may have never heard of. He shares how playing video games has been a source of happiness as well as an anxiety relief.
