Limerick teen uses music and songwriting to cope with depression

<p>&nbsp;One Limerick teenager has released music she wrote and recorded when suffering from severe Depression. Ciara Hennessey whose stage name is Hera, is from Kildimo and released “a letter to myself” and more recently “astrology” with lyrics that echo the pain of Depression.
