Life as a Coast Guard Public Affairs Specialist with PA3 Michael Clark

<p>Today I spoke with Public Affairs Specialist Michael Clark from District 13 headquarters in Seattle, WA about being a PA in the United States Coast Guard.  We discussed his time as a non-rate, PA "A" school, career progression, and all the opportunities available to those within the PA job rating.  </p><p>Job Description: PAs are the Coast Guard's enlisted public-communications experts.
