Caldwell received a Bachelor of Music Education degree with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Church Ministries from Liberty University and received his Doctor of Management with a concentration in Global Leadership from Colorado Technical University, where he was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society.&nbsp;</p> <p>Dr. Caldwell coupled his passion for degree attainment with nonprofit engagement and served for 3 years as the Executive Director of Degrees Matter, a Guilford County initiative housed at the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro. After his tenure with Degrees Matter, Dr. Caldwell transitioned to serve as the Community College Strategic Partnership Manager for Western Governors University North Carolina. Dr. Caldwell was appointed by the Dean of the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&amp;T State University to serve as the Interim Assistant Dean for Student Success. After completing his tenure in that role, Dr. Caldwell joined the faculty as a part-time instructor in the management department, and in 2020, was appointed as a Faculty Affiliate of the Center of Excellence in Entrepr
