They run an online movement community for queer, trans and non-binary people called ‘Free to Move’. </p> <p> </p> <p>In today’s episode AK and I talk about body inclusivity, specifically in relation to movement, health and fitness.</p> <p>We highlight some of the barriers and challenges for body inclusivity in mainstream fitness spaces and the importance of body inclusivity on your mental and physical health.</p> <p> </p> <p>AK does some incredible work online with the LGBTQ+ and chronic illness communities, around creating safe spaces for body movement, without the pressures of mainstream fitness values.
