<p>This week Katya Rowley is joined by Timothy K. Kroninger. Tim is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Team as well as the Business and Corporate Services Practice Team. He has extensive experience in many legal business areas including intellectual property and contract law; corporate and general business law; franchise and marketing law; commercial transactions; warranty and disclosure law; and trademark, copyright, and technology licensing as well as litigation.</p> <p>In addition, Tim is an Adjunct Professor of Law and Director of the Trademark and Entrepreneur Clinic for the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Tim supervises and directs students of the class and Clinic in assisting clients, who have financial constraints that limit their ability to otherwise obtain quality legal assistance and are selected based on applications submitted.</p> <p>In this episode, Tim discusses his work with the Trademark and Entrepreneur Clinic for the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, his law school experience and journey, and his path after law school!&nbsp;</p>
