<p>This week Katya Rowley is joined by Alexis Reed! Ms. Reed is the firm’s Director of Lateral Attorney Recruitment and Integration. Ms. Reed has 15 years of experience in attorney recruitment, derived in both the law firm and search firm settings and as a practicing attorney. She leads the firm's attorney hiring and integration efforts across all offices and departments. Ms. Reed partners with firm leadership to create and execute on best practices for identifying, hiring, and retaining lateral attorneys.</p> <p>Prior to joining Honigman, Ms. Reed founded her own legal recruiting and consulting company, Reed Recruiting, LLC, where she partnered with leading Am Law international and national law firms on lateral attorney recruitment and placement, and consulted on implementing best practices in lateral search strategy and lateral partner integration.
