Lavrov-Blinken Summit, Neflix earnings, Peloton shares hit

Secretary of State Antony Blinken is meeting with his Russian counterpart, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, today in Geneva, amid tensions around Russia possibly entering Ukraine.
