The corals of the Great Barrier Reef are spectacular and of every imaginable color! They look brilliant and the only living thing visible from space! They clone themselves into thousands of copies. 25% of the ocean's species are present in the coral reefs which occupy less than 0.015% of ocean space! But the reefs are dying due to human activity... There are a lot of volunteering opportunities where we can help and make a difference.
