L.A. schools poised to mandate vaccines for students - September 9, 2021

President Joe Biden is expected to announce on Thursday new measures for unvaccinated Americans. The White House said the six-step plan will address efforts to get more people vaccinated, keep schools open and enhance protection for those who already have had shots.
