<p>Hey everyone this video discusses our mental health journey, struggles, and strength as Korean Adoptees aiming to help others also be more transparent, open, and honest about their struggles. I do believe what can save lives is admitting the problem and most importantly speaking out about it especially those struggling with suicidal thoughts. I truly believe getting this truth out can serve as a relief to a pressure point, like a valve ready to burst. All in all, suicide and death is permanent. Your life matters and needs to be cherished as you really only got one life to live.
