She also spoke about the Silica Enforcement Initiative, which will hold coal mining companies accountable and help prevent the spread of the illness.  </p> <p> </p> <p>North Coast Area Labor Federation President Pat Gallagher made his regular appearance on the America’s Work Force Union Podcast and discussed contract negotiations that are currently taking place in Ohio for the United Steelworkers (USW). He also spoke about the Congressional Steel Caucus and the legislation they seek to enact to benefit the U.S. steel industry. </p>
