Such is the case of Kevin Doyle, publican, founder and owner of The Celtic Ray Public House in Punta Gorda, FL.<br /> <br /> Last episode we talked about how Kevin, with $41 in the bank managed to start a pub. A bit of "mystic banking", loans from friends and help from even more friends made a dream a reality.
