<p>Keith grew up in Kilmore near Cavan town in the Republic of Ireland and thats also where is journey with bands started - starting marching band life in an accordion band and then progressing to playing drums with a flute band in Fermanagh after moving there for secondary school.</p><p>Keith's passion for bands is evident as he talks about his time with South Fermanagh Loyalists and also Ballinamallard Accordion Band. He has gained a lot from his time in bands and cites band membership as having a very positive impact on his mental health, something that has been vitally important during these days with the covid-19 pandemic.</p><p>His perspective on the bands is a very positive one and infectious, and I know you will enjoy the conversation with Keith.</p><p>We have a change of logo as well now and that was kindly provided to us by Brian at Loyal Art - we are very thankful for Brian using his talents to help us progress with the podcast and develop a brand almost.
