KCLR LIVE: Disappointment as deposits returned to buyers at Kilkenny housing development

We hear that some hopeful buyers have had the deposits returned on a Kilkenny development.  Due to the soaring cost of building materials, the developer could no longer stand over the original price. Cllr Martin Brett and Auctioneer Warren McCreery spoke to KCLR Live this morning.
