KCLR LIVE: Alan O'Reilly warns of damaging storm and dangerous commuter conditions

Carlow Weather's Alan O'Reilly warns that stormy conditions will develop rapidly into a potentially damaging storm tonight.  Carlow-Kilkenny can expect heavy rain from midnight tonight with strong winds picking up throughout the night.
