Next on #3UNIQUES - Kaia Richardson is the Director of the Internship and Associate Program at Mom n’Pop Shop. Kaia along with her co-leaders manage 20 interns ranging from high school to university students.   Kaia recently graduated from high school and is off to King’s College at Dalhousie this fall.   Kaia was a coaching client of mine earlier in 2021.
