Kai Steinmetz – New Harvest Fellowship Series

<p>Kai Steinmetz is a PhD candidate from the University of Auckland. His &nbsp;research aims to create serum free and cost-effective growth and differentiation media for cultured meat production - both basal media &nbsp;and serum requirements will be addressed.
