Just a little about who you’re listening to.

I feel sometimes it’s informative to know a little bit about the person that I am listening to. Today I share some of my story just so you know you’re not talking to a robot, or a psychologist. My point is I have been through the trenches myself for over 45 years. In other episodes I share more about the positive changes that I have made in my life.
