On June 29th the federal government said it now aims to have all new-vehicle sales in Canada be of the zero-emissions variety by 2035. The Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association CEO Brian Kingston calls the goal “ambitious.” But, he also asks: “Where’s the plan to get there?”
