<p>The American Legion Media and Communications Director Jeff Stoffer was the first guest on today’s edition of the AWF Union Podcast. He spoke about a recovery fund for the states affected by recent tornadoes. He later detailed the fight to expand VA benefits to the nearly 250,000 living World War II veterans.</p> <p>United Steelworkers District 1 Director Pat Gallagher was also featured on today’s episode. He discussed how Ohio’s proposed Congressional map will heavily favor Republicans, while shrinking or eliminating some typically Democratic districts. He also discussed how trade negotiations have affected the U.S. steel industry.</p>
