January & February- Healing isn't Linear

<p>Happy New Year!&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm Brenda. And this is year 2 of Mindful Months. A space in which we jump into different themes and incorporate more awareness into our daily lives.&nbsp;</p> <p>We begin the year- with a deep reflection of my 2021 and the places in which deep healing occurred. Our healing isn't linear and there's a good reason why we need to make peace with that idea. Listen in for why 🦋&nbsp;</p> <p>This was extremely cathartic to write and speak.
