Don’t beat yourself up - lots of expectations of what you should be doing</p> <p>4. Allow yourself to feel emotions</p> <p>5. Do things to raise vibration - play music, sing</p> <p>6. Limit time on social media and focusing on negative posts</p> <p>7.
