<p>“Hey, don’t take it personally.” It’s a phrase we have all heard throughout our lives, but what does it really mean? This week, Hallie and I discuss what it really means to take something personally from both a spiritual and leadership approach. We talk about what taking something personally has to do with your ego, and how to learn to separate the “you” that is experiencing something with the inevitable unfolding of life. We share what we’ve stopped taking so personally in our lives.
