Is Realty Income's MONTHLY DIVIDEND Safe in 2022?

<p>Realty Income O is a popular monthly dividend stock. They focus on real estate in the commercial property scene. Realty Income has been around since 1969 and became a public company traded REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) on the stock exchange in 1994. Since then they have raised their dividend every year and are now a dividend aristocrat. On average the company has returned about 15% compounded annually to their shareholders. I address more about the company and give my analysis if that high dividend yield is safe.
