While it is an option it is not advisable unless the buyer feels comfortable with doing so. As a buyer there are many levels and options of what inspections to do. When writing an offer it is important to list any and all inspections as contingencies. Waiving a home inspection will certainly get your offer noticed but does not always mean a win. If a seller is confident in their home they may still go with another offer over better terms.</p>
