Is it fraud to have two, full-time, remote jobs?

<p>I read an article recently about someone who had two, full-time, remote jobs. His argument was that he was paid to manage and deliver ideas - cognitive work - and that both employers were happy with his output.</p> <p>My first thought was, "What does his LinkedIn profile say?" But the article didn't use his real name (not surprising) so I couldn't check. </p> <p>Then I wondered about benefits. How does that work?</p> <p>But eventually my brain got to fraud. </p> <p>I asked a CEO colleague and he went straight to the point, "If you have to hide it, you know it's wrong." Harsh? Maybe. But true.</p> <p>This panel consists of people who work for themselves, people who have people working for them and people who have a job and a side hustle, people in the US, the UK and in Spain.</p> <p>I noticed during the conversation the that opinion was different about having two JOBS than it was about having a job and building your own thing (business/hustle) on the side. </p> <p>That is interesting use of language. "On the side." </p> <p>Doing your own thing is considered in addition to a full-time job. But having two employers, even in different time zones seemed to be frowned upon.</p> <p>Take a listen and then let us know in the comments what you think. If you can make it work and everyone is "happy" is having two full-time jobs wrong? Does it matter if they know about each other or not?
