Is any of this new, or normal?

<p>The not-so-new...ab...normal...normal? Since COVID-19 first &nbsp;rocked the world more than two years ago, leaders and the businesses &nbsp;they work in have gone through all sorts of changes. First there was the &nbsp;two week flatten the curve hiccup, then the longer-haul new normal, &nbsp;then a newer normal, then the new abnormal - and so on. Some writers &nbsp;have even compared the changes of the past few years to going through &nbsp;all the psychological stages of grief. One thing is certain, none of &nbsp;this is quite normal at all. Which naturally raises the question: Does &nbsp;leadership need to change with the times, or is it a constant on which &nbsp;all other changes can stand?
