Irish Men Urged To Take Better Care Of Their Hearts

On Thursday's Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey spoke to Dr. Maire Finn, Ennis GP and Tara Curran, Physical Activity Coordinator with the Irish Heart Foundation. CSO data shows that close to 30 per cent of all premature deaths in 2018, in those under 65, were from cardiovascular conditions, such as heart attacks and strokes. Almost three quarters of those deaths, 73 per cent, were in men.
