<p>In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing one of the pioneers of the Emotional Intelligence! Joshua Freedman is one of the pioneers in emotional intelligence. He cofounded and leads the world's first &amp; largest network dedicated to emotional intelligence. Josh is the author of 5 books, including the international bestseller, At the Heart of Leadership -- and one of his books focuses specifically on today's topic: Wholehearted Parenting. He cocreated 9 different psychometrics tests measuring individual &amp; organizational EQ, and works with business and agencies from the UN to FedEx to Qatar airways on creating value with emotions.
