A massive Arctic blast is sweeping across the country with all of the lower 48 seeing freezing temperatures. Places haven't been this cold at Christmas in 40 years.&nbsp;The day after Harvey Weinstein was found guilty in California of rape&nbsp;on the claims of one accuser, another&nbsp;one of his accusers, Jennifer&nbsp;Siebel&nbsp;Newsom,&nbsp;is lashing out at the disgraced movie producer's legal team saying they ridiculed her.&nbsp;She’s&nbsp;the wife of the governor of California who says he's proud of her and the other brave women who spoke up.&nbsp;The jury ended up deadlocked on the claims Siebel Newsom made.&nbsp;And it was a festive office Christmas party with co-workers exchanging fun gifts.
