Industrial Stocks In Good Shape Despite Global Economy

<p>"Industrial stocks: August shipments of A/C and heat pumps were up 2.6% year-over-year. Input prices for construction went down in September. Home prices and mortgage rates are causing deterioration in the housing market," says Brett Linzey. "I like airlines and defense contractors. I also like dividend paying stocks that are producing cash flow and are still growing earnings. A bad recession may be avoided as the global economy will pick up after central banks pause rates.
