In the middle of an episode EUPD emotional unstable personality disorder, let me talk understanding

Disclaimer, Trigger warning ⚠️ distressed and upset and triggered by events.The thought of failure appeared and the emotional experiences was intense temporary, what caused it, how do I see the world after the final blow 🌎 can I trust again when I am trodden on. They see me as a headache and not good enough. I see my worth but they don't see me. They hurt me over and over again. Am I gullable or to loving. It hurts to be a human 💔 I will not give up I will reject negative behavior from others. I have a reason to be here and a right to a life free from harm. But I do wish they understood that the pain they cause. Today I am my label 🏷.. but its OK not to be OK... regulating emotions is key so it best to avoid negative criticism or situations. I swear because it replaced self-harm don't hate me or punish me for opening up. Just thoughts 🤔
