I love you... but

<p>There's been a recurring theme in a couple of my recent interviews and it revolves around the word BUT.&nbsp;</p> <p>Stop using it after saying something positive, or after I love you or after I am sorry... because it invalidates everything you've said up until that point!</p> <p>If you have to use the word, use it after saying something negative, or that you don't want to or like and it'll help you move forward with gratitude and appreciation.&nbsp;</p>
