I have a lot of meetings but no sales

If you have your own business, you know first hand that just because you’re having a lot of meetings, doesn’t mean you’re making a lot of sales. This is how it was for me in the beginning of building my business. I felt I needed to be in this frenzy of action to feel like I was accomplishing things. A lot of times, this meant to just meet with as many people as I could.  One, I wasn’t 100% sure what I was selling, and two, I didn’t know exactly who I should be selling to.  Having nonstop meetings to figure both of those out, instead of getting laser focused, made me tired and exhausted.
